- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to learn and operate quoting or mapping tools
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
- Collect and input customer information into CRM systems
- Use online quoting tools to map properties and generate estimates
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to assist day-to-day office operations
- Assist with email campaigns and customer outreach
