Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience.
  • Proven experience designing L&D programs and building content.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading sessions.
  • Strong program management and event ownership experience.
  • Skilled in developing training materials, frameworks, and interactive learning experiences.
  • Confident and engaging presenter capable of working across all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Open to domestic and international travel.
  • Experience in healthcare or media is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build all L&D content from scratch including training decks, guides, and toolkits.
  • Lead and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and interactive programs.
  • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured programming.
  • Serve as the accountable partner for company-wide programming like All Hands and leadership offsites.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of internal events ensuring they serve as culture-building experiences.
  • Design programs that embed core values into training and everyday behaviors.
  • Build and manage an annual roadmap across L&D, events, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage tools, vendors, and budgets for L&D and engagement initiatives.
