Requirements

- Experience leading or supporting digital transformation involving AI, automation, workflow modernization, or RPA.
- Strong understanding of banking operational processes (lending, servicing, compliance, finance).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to design scalable technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to architect enterprise-grade automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous process improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the value of Automation and AI in financial services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to banks, credit unions, and fintech organizations.
- Identify industry trends and operational challenges in areas like loan operations, KYC/AML, and fraud detection.
- Partner with sales teams to expand UiPath footprint within financial services accounts.
- Lead discovery workshops and process assessments.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demonstrations and proof of value (PoV) engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine industry solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as a thought leader in intelligent automation and operational excellence.
