  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to architect enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the value of Automation and AI in financial services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to banks, credit unions, and fintech organizations.
  • Identify industry trends and operational challenges in areas like loan operations, KYC/AML, and fraud detection.
  • Partner with sales teams to expand UiPath footprint within financial services accounts.
  • Lead discovery workshops and process assessments.
  • Build and deliver industry-specific demonstrations and proof of value (PoV) engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine industry solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as a thought leader in intelligent automation and operational excellence.
