Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, OR 10 years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in automation/AI-related work.
- Proficiency in scripting, Python, and (Java OR R).
- Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and an RPA platform.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot complex data ingestion/parsing issues.
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization.
- Exposure to network security or cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk.
- Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine the recommended automation solution using Postal tools.
- Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability.
- Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals.
