- Business experience in healthcare or insurance setting preferred.

- Must be able to supply and support own internet services.
- Maintain an uninterrupted internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Oversee QA staff assignments and file handling.
- Supervise assigned staff and manage the File Review Board.
- Conduct performance management including coaching, discipline, and hiring.
- Monitor adherence to job duties and client-specific instructions.
- Ensure referrals meet client-directed Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Verify doctor payment and client invoice amounts.
- Review physician reports and medical records for completeness and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients for status updates.
- Assist with intake completion and special projects.
