Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience working in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Must possess a current, valid US Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, psychology, or social work preferred)
- In absence of degree, High school diploma + 4+ years of relevant experience
- Clinical background preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a written quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct face to face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment and create community partnerships
- Develop new and emerging referral channels by creating opportunities to increase awareness of our services among providers
- Plan and attend conferences and networking events
- Plan and execute presentations and tours
- Respond to service and referral inquiries and coordinate care from first call through admission
- Participate in Quarterly field rides with VP, Clinical Outreach
