Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (preference for marketing, communications, psychology, or social work) or high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Clinical background preferred.
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a written quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct face to face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment and create community partnerships.
- Develop new and emerging referral channels to increase awareness of services.
- Plan and attend conferences and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Plan and execute presentations and tours customized to the target audience.
- Respond to service and referral inquiries and support referring professionals and families through the admission process.
- Analyze territory to develop outreach plans and win back, retain, and grow the professional referral database.
- Participate in quarterly field rides with the VP of Clinical Outreach.
