Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, psychology, or social work.
- High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Clinical background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication with colleagues, clinicians, and referral sources.
- Analyze territory to develop and implement outreach and growth strategies.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual business development plans.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to address treatment barriers and create partnerships.
- Develop new referral channels and increase awareness of services.
- Plan and attend conferences and networking events.
- Execute presentations and facility tours for target audiences.
- Manage the referral process from the first call through admission.
