Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience working in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Must possess a current, valid US Driver’s License.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in the absence of a degree, high school diploma plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a written quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment and create community partnerships.
- Develop new and emerging referral channels by creating opportunities to increase awareness of our services among providers.
- Plan and attend conferences and networking events on behalf of The Emily Program.
- Plan and execute presentations and tours customized to the target audience.
- Respond immediately to service and referral inquiries and provide support to the referring professional and the family.
- Participate in quarterly field rides with the VP of Clinical Outreach.
