Requirements
- 8+ years in HR / People roles.
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company.
- Proven track record partnering with PDE clients, especially Engineering.
- Strong background in organizational design.
- Experience in leadership coaching and change management.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Skilled at leveraging data and insights to inform decisions.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies (plus).
- Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth (plus).
- Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams (plus).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Engineering + Data leadership teams as a trusted advisor.
- Support continued scaling by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models.
- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks.
- Identify and address organizational friction points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact people initiatives.
- Leverage data and organizational insights to inform decisions.
- Develop and drive people strategy in service of Engineering priorities.
