Requirements
- 8-10+ years of HR / People experience.
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company.
- Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations.
- Understanding of quota-driven environments and go-to-market dynamics.
- Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting global or regionally distributed Sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Directors, VPs, and the Chief Revenue Officer as a trusted advisor.
- Support the continued scaling of the Sales organization by evolving team structures and operating models.
- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance.
- Partner with Sales leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks and talent planning.
- Identify and address organizational friction points.
- Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leverage data and employee feedback to drive improvements in team health and performance.
- Develop and drive people strategy in service of Sales priorities.
