- Experience
- 2+ years as a Clinical NP II (or 3+ years equivalent external NP experience)
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered NP license (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP)
- Compact RN license required for multistate practice
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- 2+ years as a Clinical NP II or 3+ years equivalent external NP experience
- Telehealth licensure in a minimum of 25 states
- Full DEA/CDS portfolio matching state licensure
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the service line
- Consistent top-quartile KPI performance for four consecutive quarters
Responsibilities
- Own daily operations for assigned service line.
- Triage and resolve clinical escalations from clinicians.
- Reassign tasks across the team based on volume, licensure, and capacity.
- Balance workload across the service line in real time.
- Contribute to and own clinical protocol updates.
- Mentor NP Is and IIs; act as a primary trainer during onboarding.
- Maintain clinical practice expectations.
- Handle the most complex patients within the service line.
