- Proven success managing ad budgets of $40k+/month
- Marketing expertise in creative strategy and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Deep understanding of metrics like MER, CLTV, and nCPA
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Build and present data-driven strategies connected to client growth goals.
- Guide and oversee strategic use of paid marketing channels (Social & Search).
- Collaborate with Creative Strategist on high-converting, brand-aligned creative.
- Identify and execute budget allocation strategies.
- Serve as the primary advisor for client accounts.
- Lead and mentor a pod team consisting of a Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, and Visual Creator.
- Define and refine best practices, testing methods, and playbooks.
- Manage end-to-end project flow from ads to landing pages.
