Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience selling to health systems or medical groups.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to overcome objections and articulate value propositions.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Growth mindset and goals-oriented approach.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic prospecting and outreach plans.
  • Articulate evolvedMD’s behavioral health integration approach to healthcare prospects.
  • Identify and map key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Perform outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads through the pipeline.
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate on RFP processes and document all activities in Salesforce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador both online and in-person.
  • Communicate sales opportunities with internal leadership.
