Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience selling to health systems or medical groups.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to overcome objections and articulate value propositions.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Growth mindset and goals-oriented approach.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic prospecting and outreach plans.
- Articulate evolvedMD’s behavioral health integration approach to healthcare prospects.
- Identify and map key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Perform outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads through the pipeline.
- Participate in conferences and trade shows.
- Collaborate on RFP processes and document all activities in Salesforce.
- Act as a brand ambassador both online and in-person.
- Communicate sales opportunities with internal leadership.
