Requirements
- 8+ years of outside sales experience in heavy truck, refuse, or industrial B2B environments.
- Proven track record of managing large territory sales and closing high-value accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of vocational trucks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage complex travel.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Manage and grow relationships with key fleet customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to deliver tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Support the creation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings.
