Requirements

  • 8+ years of outside sales experience in heavy truck, refuse, or industrial B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large territory sales and closing high-value accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding of vocational trucks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to manage complex travel.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key fleet customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements to deliver tailored product solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams.
  • Support the creation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings.
