Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise business systems
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and PSA tools such as SPP and Jira/Tempo
- Experience designing and managing integrations across CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and PSA platforms
- Proven track record managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional projects
- Working familiarity with AI applications in enterprise SaaS environments
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Document and maintain authoritative knowledge of core enterprise system data flows and integration points.
- Maintain a current architecture map of the lead-to-invoice workflow.
- Establish governance and change-control practices for system and integration changes.
- Direct internal resources and external vendors to execute system configurations and integration builds.
- Guide integration design and middleware decisions with an eye toward maintainability and scale.
- Lead projects for new integrations supporting new or evolving business processes.
- Drive prioritization, scoping, resourcing, and delivery against business commitments.
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic system designs and automations.
- Partner with the VP of AI and Emerging Technology to pilot and scale AI-powered features.
