Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 40–60% via automobile or plane.
Responsibilities
- Achieve new member net hearing instrument purchasing relationship sales quota.
- Develop relationships with prospective decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and update annual territory business plans.
- Work effectively with inside sales in prospecting and recruiting new members.
- Develop effective communication and presentation skills to sell service-delivery models.
- Develop tailored presentation proposals demonstrating ROI.
- Maintain the accuracy of the prospect database.
- Complete sales and corporate reporting.
