- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling hardware, software, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined territory of mid-market accounts.
- Drive expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments.
- Execute strategic account planning and disciplined sales motions.
- Engage directly with customers to identify electrification goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Leverage channel partners for revenue expansion and new customer acquisition.
