Requirements

  • First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Fluency in one additional language: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally in foreign languages
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand product specifics
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, and determination
  • Strong social intelligence, empathy, and customer-oriented communication style

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management
  • Achieve established sales plans and KPIs
  • Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality CRM management using Salesforce
  • Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities
