Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on corporate instructional design experience.
- Bachelor's or master's in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent.
- Extensive ILT design experience including facilitator guides and classroom activities.
- Ability to own large-scale design projects from kickoff to rollout.
- Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology such as Articulate.
- Working knowledge of audio and video editing.
- Command of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex content delivery across multiple formats.
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Run needs and task analyses to identify business requirements.
- Build content across modalities including facilitator guides, workbooks, ILT decks, and eLearning courses.
- Partner with senior leadership as a design advisor.
- Utilize AI tools for prototyping, drafting, and asset generation.
- Keep content library accurate and current.
- Facilitate pilot sessions and conduct ongoing training.
- Mentor other designers and set creative standards.
