Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on corporate instructional design experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field
- Extensive ILT design experience (facilitator guides, workbooks, classroom activities)
- Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology (Articulate)
- Working knowledge of audio and video editing
- Strong command of adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for design
- Proven track record of managing large-scale design projects
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year
Responsibilities
- Run needs and task analyses to understand business requirements
- Design and build content across modalities (ILT, eLearning, job aids)
- Partner with directors as a consultative design advisor
- Utilize AI tools for prototyping and storyboarding
- Maintain and update the internal content library
- Facilitate pilot sessions and deliver instructor-led training
- Mentor junior designers and define team creative standards
