Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML and software engineering.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping and operating AI/ML applications in production.
- Experience working on GenAI products architecture/system design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions for high-traffic, low-latency, large-data applications.
- Understanding of foundation models and open-source ecosystems.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Scala, Java, SQL).
- Strong data engineering skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own AI powered features from design through deployment.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to scope work and define success metrics.
- Understand and troubleshoot deployment pipelines for ML services.
- Use monitoring and observability tools to triage alerts and incidents.
- Participate in team on-call rotation and incident response.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for owned features and services.
- Champion adoption of AI tools within the company.
