Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
- Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
- Excellent communicators comfortable & confident on the phone
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently & as a team
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
- Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
- Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas
- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Network with potential candidates via social media, events, college campuses, and job fairs
- Implement recruiting ideas and strategies for company growth
- Maintain job posts and create standardized Job Descriptions
- Create and send out candidate offer letters
- Coordinate with practice leads to ensure regular follow-up and positive candidate experience
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires
