Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
  • Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
  • Excellent communicators comfortable & confident on the phone
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently & as a team
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
  • Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
  • Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas
  • Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Network with potential candidates via social media, events, college campuses, and job fairs
  • Implement recruiting ideas and strategies for company growth
  • Maintain job posts and create standardized Job Descriptions
  • Create and send out candidate offer letters
  • Coordinate with practice leads to ensure regular follow-up and positive candidate experience
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires
