- Experience in Content Creation (images, infographics, short-form videos)
- Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Knowledge of social analytics tools
- Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels
- Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others
- Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs
- Work in Google Sheets to develop client-facing needs
- Stay on top of current social media trends
- Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media
- Moderate user-generated content
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative
