Requirements
- Degree or related life science qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in the CRO industry.
- 5-7 years industry experience with at least 4 years full-service PM experience in a clinical trial setting.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
- Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS software.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead clinical projects in accordance with study budget and scope of work.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact liaison with clients.
- Manage all aspects of a clinical research trial including functional area oversight.
- Prepare project status updates identifying deliverables and performance metrics.
- Review protocols and study documentation such as project plans, site contracts, and budgets.
- Contribute to proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defence.
- Drive quality and coordinate study teams.
