Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leadership.
- Proven track record in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech within EMEA markets.
- Experience scaling enterprise sales operations from early-stage to market-leader.
- Deep understanding of EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and GDPR/ePrivacy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote or distributed teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Data-driven approach to sales coaching.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy.
- Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region.
- Set regional KPIs and revenue targets.
- Secure strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing EMEA team.
- Manage the full EMEA sales funnel and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
