  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leadership.
  • Proven track record in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech within EMEA markets.
  • Experience scaling enterprise sales operations from early-stage to market-leader.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and GDPR/ePrivacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote or distributed teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Data-driven approach to sales coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy.
  • Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region.
  • Set regional KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Secure strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing EMEA team.
  • Manage the full EMEA sales funnel and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
