Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leadership in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales operations in EMEA
  • Deep understanding of EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and privacy regulations (GDPR/ePrivacy)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote or distributed teams
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Data-driven approach to sales coaching
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy
  • Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region
  • Set regional KPIs and revenue targets
  • Expand client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing EMEA team
  • Manage the full EMEA sales funnel and CRM hygiene
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage regional pricing/contract legalities
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion
