Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leadership in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales operations in EMEA
- Deep understanding of EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and privacy regulations (GDPR/ePrivacy)
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote or distributed teams
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Data-driven approach to sales coaching
- Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy
- Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region
- Set regional KPIs and revenue targets
- Expand client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing EMEA team
- Manage the full EMEA sales funnel and CRM hygiene
- Lead complex negotiations and manage regional pricing/contract legalities
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion
