Job Details

Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial process improvement.
Proven experience deploying AI tools, LLM-based agents, or workflow automation in a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data pipelines.
Experience with API integrations and automation platforms.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes (pipeline, quoting, proposal generation).
Ability to design data KPIs and drive change management bottom-up.
Deep expertise in Anthropic’s Claude platform, including Claude for Enterprise, Cowork, and Claude Code CLI.
Knowledge of AI safety, security, governance, and prompt injection defense.

Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the sales lifecycle.
Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using LLMs and APIs.
Improve sales productivity by embedding AI into daily commercial workflows.
Drive adoption through hands-on training, workshops, and change management.
Ensure data quality and build integration points between CRM and AI tools.
Track and report KPIs for agent performance, adoption, and ROI.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align with governance and security policies.
Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and share organizational learnings.
Document agent configurations, dependencies, and escalation paths.
Evaluate and recommend AI vendors and tools for commercial use cases.
