Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the life sciences industry.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Support brand positioning and market differentiation within the CRO and life sciences sector.
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
- Manage marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation and nurture campaigns.
- Oversee digital campaigns, including LinkedIn advertising, webinars, and content syndication.
- Develop high-quality content such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Monitor marketing KPIs including lead generation, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
