Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery, product management, or software engineering.
- Significant focus on eCommerce.
- Deep expertise with Shopify Plus and its ecosystem.
- Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, CMS, and third-party solution integrations.
- Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Responsibilities
- Own the overall delivery function for Shopify projects.
- Oversee multiple project teams, including Product Owners and Technical Architects.
- Establish and maintain best practices for project delivery.
- Monitor delivery pipelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
- Lead platform migrations and custom implementations for enterprise brands.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of delivery personnel.
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients.
- Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, and CMS systems.
