Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading technical delivery or consulting engagements
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions leveraging Databricks
- Experience leading Databricks initiatives including modern data platforms or cloud-native architectures
- Experience partnering closely with architects, engineers, and technical teams
- Strong experience within consulting or professional services environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted delivery leader across complex client engagements
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead engagement planning, delivery strategy, and execution oversight
- Establish delivery rhythm and create structure across evolving workstreams
- Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly
- Lead and support cross-functional teams including architects and engineers
- Partner with technical teams on implementation strategy and solution delivery
