Requirements
- 15+ years IT industry experience
- Minimum 10+ years experience in services delivery organization
- Minimum 8-10 years experience managing enterprise engagements
- Experience at professional services company (agency or consulting firm)
- Experience working in eCommerce / Digital Services
- Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science/Business) or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage successful delivery and growth of existing client engagements
- Accountable for delivery quality, performance to budget, and business objectives
- Serve as ultimate point of escalation for project teams and clients
- Ensure proper process and SDLC are followed across all projects
- Own revenue growth goals and negotiate contracts, rates, and team model changes
- Train and mentor development staff, direct managers, and technical staff
- Align with Talent Management on project resourcing and staffing
