Ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes board materials.
Strong project and program management skills.
Experience leading and working with a multicultural workforce.

Develop processes to advance governance work, efficiency, and compliance of the Federation and Board Governance Committees.
Develop and facilitate annual committee work plans and monthly meeting agendas aligned with strategic priorities.
Create governance-focused forums, workshops, and learning opportunities for senior staff and volunteer leaders.
Oversee governance operations, technology platforms, and maintenance of governance records and board actions.
Ensure compliance with bylaws and governing documents.
Provide oversight of national board and committee work plans against regulatory standards.
Advise executive and volunteer leadership on governance-related risks, challenges, and opportunities.
Partner with board leaders and affiliate CEOs to strengthen governance capacity.
Interpret and operationalize bylaws, committee charters, and policies.
Provide supervisory oversight to the governance administration and committee management teams.
