Requirements
- Experience shipping enterprise software inside a large organization.
- Strong technical debugging skills for integration failures.
- Proficiency in setting up Camunda clusters from scratch.
- Ability to explain generated BPMN to both technical and business audiences.
- Practical production experience with AI systems (context management, prompt engineering, agent testing).
- Effective communication skills across engineering and business leadership.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguity and define new processes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and prove ProcessOS at enterprise customer sites.
- Drive organizational adoption and build trust with stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Camunda clusters locally and in the cloud.
- Debug integration failures and develop custom agent logic.
- Build and iterate on deployment playbooks.
- Contribute field patterns and bug fixes back to the core product.
- Train customer teams for successful hand-off and independence.
