Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in HR Operations or People Operations leadership roles.
- Strong experience implementing AI tools and technologies to improve HR processes, reporting, automation, and workforce analytics.
- Background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance standards, employee relations practices, and HR operational best practices.
- Experience managing HRIS systems, employee records, reporting tools, and operational process improvements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing external vendors and operational partnerships.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.
- Partner with leadership teams to execute strategic People Operations initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR operational programs, including employee engagement, recognition initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, documentation standards, I-9 requirements, and audit readiness activities.
- Manage HRIS data integrity, employee records, reporting processes, and operational workflows while implementing process improvements and scalable efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, Legal, Facilities, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to support operational effectiveness.
- Support compensation planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations activities.
- Lead AI-enabled HR initiatives and people analytics strategies to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, workforce insights, and decision-making capabilities.
- Manage immigration processes, vendor relationships, HR budgets, and legal coordination activities.
- Facilitate training initiatives, leadership development programs, and HR compliance activities within regulated environments.
