Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting
- Workday Report Writer experience
- Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and HCM modules
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with data warehouse concepts and semantic data models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Workday dashboards, reports, and alerts across HCM modules
- Translate HR and business requirements into scalable and actionable reporting solutions
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Establish reporting standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures
- Partner with HR, IT, and ERP teams to support data architecture and reporting enhancements
- Maintain a structured reporting ecosystem
- Support enterprise data initiatives such as data warehouse and semantic model development
