Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in SQL or intermediate proficiency in other programming languages.
- Experience transforming large datasets into insights.
- Experience with a visualization platform like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Run ad hoc queries and answer questions submitted by customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead projects to produce new reports by coordinating with stakeholders and iterating on design.
- Work with technical team to create underlying data pipelines.
- Lead select analytics projects including product, clinical, or business analytics.
- Troubleshoot issues with automated reports.
- Contribute to team documentation.
- React to stakeholders needs in a timely manner.
- Manage 1-2 longer term projects in addition to daily stakeholder management.
