Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- 5+ years leading analytics teams and managers
- Strong expertise in business analytics, product analytics, experimentation design, causal inference, and data-driven decision-making
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Hands-on experience with analytics and business intelligence platforms such as Mode, Hex, Amplitude, or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges using first-principles thinking and structured analytical frameworks
- Experience building scalable data systems, governance standards, taxonomies, and high-quality reporting infrastructures
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to executive audiences
- Experience working across B2B2C ecosystems or multi-sided platforms is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics workflows, automation, and insight generation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics strategy for the partnerships business, identifying key growth drivers across onboarding, activation, productivity, retention, and customer lifecycle performance.
- Build and scale a high-performing analytics organization, setting standards for analytical rigor, team development, and operational excellence.
- Drive experimentation and product analytics initiatives by implementing testing frameworks, instrumentation strategies, funnel analysis, and performance measurement systems.
- Establish and maintain reliable data foundations, including commission calculations, retention metrics, lifecycle attribution, and operational reporting consistency.
- Develop and execute AI-powered analytics initiatives to improve automation, insight generation, and self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, operations, and sales teams to turn data insights into strategic business actions.
- Support analytics initiatives for emerging business lines, including lifecycle optimization, sales funnel analysis, and customer engagement experimentation.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, influencing roadmap priorities and long-term business planning.
