- Experience with transformation-as-code, orchestration, and warehouses
- Experience with data catalogs, lineage systems, and access patterns
- Proven cross-functional leadership experience
- Strong technical communication skills
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake
- Experience with data mesh or federated data models
- Conceptual knowledge of AI/LLM data requirements
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve high-scale dbt models
- Implement agent-safe infrastructure for AI tools
- Shape metric definitions for consistent reporting
- Eliminate analyst friction through reusable models and interfaces
- Set and maintain data quality, governance, and metadata standards
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across data and product teams
- Establish global patterns and best practices for engineering
- Provide mentorship through technical reviews and pair-programming
