Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics.
- 5+ years building and leading teams of managers and individual contributors.
- First-principles problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in SQL, experimentation, causal inference, and instrumentation.
- Experience in data quality, taxonomy, and foundation building.
- Experience in presenting to executives and partnering with engineering.
- B2B2C experience preferred (fintech, marketplaces, or insurance).
Responsibilities
- Define and quantify the levers that drive the business across the agent journey.
- Stand up a sharp, repeatable testing and measurement cadence on the agent product.
- Own core data foundations, including commissions calculation and attribution.
- Set the vision for AI-powered analytics and insight automation.
- Inherit, lead, and grow the analytics organization.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and finance.
- Support direct-to-consumer annuities business with funnel and experimentation analytics.
