Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting frameworks).
- Solid experience with SAS technologies (Base SAS, Macro programming, SAS Graph).
- Deep understanding of clinical data management and regulatory standards (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, ISS/ISE).
- Proven experience in technical solution design and architecture within pharma/biotech.
- Background in both pre-sales consulting and technical delivery leadership.
- Experience building internal tools and automation systems.
- Understanding of AI technologies and enterprise software integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in remote, distributed, and international team environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
- Lead pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical scoping, and proposal development.
- Design and oversee scalable solution architectures supporting clinical data workflows.
- Guide engineering and delivery teams throughout project execution.
- Develop custom tools and automation frameworks primarily using R.
- Support regulatory submission activities ensuring alignment with CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and define.xml.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into client environments.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and client meetings.
