Requirements

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to turn business needs into practical AI tools
- English and Russian proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence
- Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for internal knowledge management
- Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for operational reporting and business insights
- Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for executive decision support
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG
- Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search
- Manage infrastructure for AI services with support from DevOps
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions
- Help drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization
