Requirements

  • 10–18+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • Minimum 6 years of direct experience selling into the U.S. broadband and telecom ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar enterprise or infrastructure deals.
  • Strong network of senior-level relationships across broadband, utilities, and engineering.
  • Deep understanding of consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of broadband network design, GIS systems, or utility platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver annual revenue targets by driving new business acquisition across the U.S. utilities and broadband sectors.
  • Manage full-cycle complex sales processes across telecom, broadband, CATV, power, water, gas, and infrastructure markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression.
  • Identify new market opportunities, whitespace areas, and emerging growth segments.
  • Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, including proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, delivery, and operations teams.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic client meetings.
