Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations, production, venue management, touring, or live events across Latin American markets.
- Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-country operational initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience working in decentralized or matrixed international organizations.
- Ability to provide clear, concise recommendations to executive leadership under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational execution for concerts and live events across the LATAM region, ensuring consistency, safety, and high-quality delivery.
- Translate regional strategic objectives into clear operational roadmaps and ensure alignment across local offices and business units.
- Establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
- Partner with local promoters and production teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize event execution.
- Serve as the main liaison between internal departments (marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, HR, talent) to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee regional communication flows, ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, compliance, and fan experience quality.
- Ensure adherence to global safety standards and local regulatory requirements across all markets.
