3+ years of experience in consulting or professional services environments
Proven experience managing $1M+ complex, multi-solution projects with cross-functional teams
Strong background in application development (AppDev), SDLC, and feature/release management
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid delivery models
Ability to manage executive-level stakeholder communications effectively
Certifications such as CSM, PSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Experience mentoring or leading project teams
Additional AWS or cloud certifications are a plus

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-solution cloud projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
Build and manage integrated project roadmaps across multiple workstreams and dependencies
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs, including backlog and release management
Drive proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management
Collaborate closely with technical teams, sales, executives, and external vendors to ensure alignment
Identify and support upsell and account expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams
Provide coaching and feedback to project teams and mentor junior project managers
Contribute to internal initiatives, training programs, and recruitment/interview processes
