Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience in an agency or client environment.
- Hands-on experience with major paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google.
- Strong technical fluency with measurement methodologies like incrementality, MMM, and server-to-server integrations.
- Experience with CAPI/SDK and putting them into production.
- Proven client and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working with clean-room integrations or enterprise measurement programs.
- Prior responsibility for platform partner engagement at the client level.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end, full-funnel paid social strategy across a book of business.
- Translate measurement and creative insights into compelling client growth plans.
- Lead client-facing communications and QBRs.
- Design and operationalize measurement frameworks tying paid social to business outcomes.
- Lead experimentation roadmaps to expand measurement signals.
- Adopt and champion AI-assisted workflows for campaign management.
- Exercise extreme ownership of client business outcomes.
- Maintain platform partner relationships and activate alphas/betas.
- Coach and mentor managers and contribute to team development.
