Requirements
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition.
- Significant experience with subscription mobile apps.
- Proven ability to scale major mobile ad channels.
- Strong understanding of LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and payback frameworks.
- Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile measurement and privacy-first landscape.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Run structured engagements with customers auditing UA strategies and advising on channel mix.
- Provide continuous input to Product and Engineering based on customer use cases.
- Codify successful strategies into scalable UA playbooks, guides, and templates.
- Partner with Advocacy and Content teams to create public educational assets.
- Help Sales, CS, and Support teams improve UA-related customer conversations.
