Requirements

- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience scaling systems
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end systems using JVM and relevant frameworks
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks
- Produce test-driven features using TDD cycle
- Create well-structured, maintainable software using SOLID principles
- Communicate with product stakeholders to translate needs into improvements
- Lead group discussions on system design
- Support production systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Share knowledge and mentor other engineers
- Produce proof of concepts to evaluate new tools
