Requirements
- Professional French and English (C2 level).
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in tourism.
- Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operator, or travel agency.
- GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus).
- Excellent destination knowledge.
- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week).
- Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 CET, Sunday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Advise premium cardholders via phone and email in French and English.
- Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips.
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Create tailored travel offers, documents, and detailed itineraries.
- Advise on and facilitate unique travel experiences.
- Sell special promotions and exclusive offers.
