Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and organizing vacations, business trips, cruises, and other travel experiences based on their preferences and needs.
- Research destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and travel packages to provide personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate and process travel bookings including flights, hotels, resorts, and activities.
- Communicate with clients throughout the booking process to provide updates, confirmations, and travel guidance.
- Prepare itineraries and travel documentation while maintaining accurate reservation records.
- Support clients with modifications, inquiries, or issues related to their travel arrangements.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings to deliver high-quality service.
